Great workout today. I have increased the intensity doing a lot of supersets.
Everything is 20 reps.
Stretches - Chest, Back, Shoulders, Bicepts, Tricepts, Hamstrings, Quads, Calves.
Chest and Back - 3 sets each, no rest, 20 reps
Leg Press and Calves - 3 sets, no rest, 20 reps
Bicepts and Tricepts - 3 sets, no rest, 20 reps
Quad Extensions and Hamstring Curls - 3 sets, no rest, 20 reps
Sholders and Incline Bench Press - 3 sets, no rest, 20 reps
Back extensions and Situps - 3 sets, no rest, 20 reps
Then I ran 1 mile in 8 minutes.
Stretches - Same as above.
This was a good workout. It can be as tough as you push yourself.
