1.5 hours on the hill with 57 lbs in my pack. I'm going to add another 5 lbs today.
Tuesday -- November 18th, 2008
I managed to fit in a 5 mile run while at the Orlando conference.
Friday -- November 14th, 2008
2 sets on the Keiser circuit- chest press, lat pulldown, bicep curl, low row, leg press, leg extension, leg curl, tricep extension,
Tuesday -- November 11th, 2008
1 hour going up and down the hill with 57 lb pack
Monday -- November 10th, 2008
I did an hour on the hill with 50lbs in the pack. Actually the pack weighs 7 lbs so I'm carrying 57 lbs. |
