Monday -- July 21st, 2008

Mood at the beginning of the workout: Motivated
Mood at the end of the workout: Great

Workout summary: Upper and Lower Body

Workout details:

Great workout today.  I have increased the intensity doing a lot of supersets.
Everything is 20 reps.


Stretches - Chest, Back, Shoulders, Bicepts, Tricepts, Hamstrings, Quads, Calves.

Chest and Back - 3 sets each, no rest, 20 reps
Leg Press and Calves - 3 sets, no rest, 20 reps
Bicepts and Tricepts - 3 sets, no rest, 20 reps
Quad Extensions and Hamstring Curls - 3 sets, no rest, 20 reps
Sholders and Incline Bench Press - 3 sets, no rest, 20 reps
Back extensions and Situps - 3 sets, no rest, 20 reps

Then I ran 1 mile in 8 minutes.

Stretches - Same as above.

This was a good workout.  It can be as tough as you push yourself.


 



Tuesday -- May 6th, 2008

Workout Time: 8:00pm

Workout summary: 12 minute jog
Workout details:

Another 12 minute jog.  Nothing special.



Monday -- May 5th, 2008

Mood at the beginning of the workout: Tired

Workout Time: 8:00pm

Workout summary: 12 minute jog
Workout details:

Only had time for a 12 minute jog.  But, at least I got something in today.



Tuesday -- April 29th, 2008

Mood at the beginning of the workout: Tired
Mood at the end of the workout: Tired
Workout Time: 8:00pm

Workout summary: Intervals for 22 minutes 

Workout details:

Inteval training for 22 minutes. 

Warmed up for 5 minutes with a medium paced jog.

Then did intevals:  1:30 fast pace, 1:00 walk.  (Did this for the rest of the time)

Stretched.




Monday -- April 28th, 2008

Mood at the beginning of the workout: Surprisingly Good
Mood at the end of the workout: Good

Workout summary: Jogged for 30 minutes 

Workout details:

Jogged at a medium pace for 32 minutes. 

Breathing was tough today.  My asthma was acting up.  Trying to get to the gym 5 times this week!
