I can finally get back into the gym and it felt great! Having that one hour a day to lift and do cardio really helps my sanity level!
I want to focus on tightening up the abs and losing weight around my mid-section, back, and hips area! Most of that needs to come from eating better which I will be working on at home. As for the gym, I have plans to do more core exercises and light weight/high rep to build muscle. For my cardio, I plan to cycle again, take boot camp class, and start running again. My goal is to start training for another race maybe a 5K or 10K. I am looking forward to changing my body shape and eating healthier. Very pumped and motivated!
I just recently downloaded some new music for my Mp3 player. It is amazing what a few new songs can do to your work out attitude. I just added Leona Lewis "Bleeding Love" an awesome song and Chris Brown "With You." Looking forward to working out to them!
Well, I am down to my last month of being prego. My exercises are slowly becoming more and more limited, but I am determined to do what I can up until the very end!
I was able to run a couple of laps yesterday so some exercises just depend on the day. I mostly take cycle class, lift weights, and do various cardio exercises mixed in with some core exercises. I worked out to the very end with my other two pregnancies and let me tell you how much easier it is to get back into shape after the baby. Other than being more tired with this one, I feel great!! But it will be nice to have my body back so I can run again and explore other classes like boot camp and yoga/pilates!!
