Tuesday -- May 6th, 2008

Did the Stairmaster again with 60 lbs in my pack for 45 minutes = 2 miles

 

I did not do any upper body. I'm letting my shoulder rest. 



Monday -- May 5th, 2008

45 minutes (2+ miles) on the Stepmill with a 60 lb pack.
upper body lifting for 15 minutes. Still have some right shoulder issues.



Sunday -- May 4th, 2008

4.5 mile run @ an easy pace (approx 6.5MPH)

situps, pushups, bicep curls. Still having a problem with pain in my right shoulder so have been going easy.

Saturday -- May 3rd, 2008
I rested Thursday and Friday. I felt good today so put on the pack and did the hill for 2 hours. It was kind of a miserable day, 40 degrees and light rain, with a 20 MPH breeze, but it was not too bad. After the workout I spent a lot of time stretching today.


Wednesday -- April 30th, 2008

I couldn't stand not doing anything so I took the dog for a brisk walk. My right knee started to hurt. What the heck??? Ok, my body is telling me to REST, stupid!
