Mood at the beginning of the workout: Anxious

Mood at the end of the workout: Happy to be finished

Workout summary: I lifted upper body, but it was a quick workout. I didn't work out too hard.

Bench Press--3 sets--Machine

Cable Rows--3 sets--Machine

Cable Curls--3 sets--Machine

Tricept Extension--3 sets--Machine
