Did all machines today. It was too busy in the free weights.
Bench Press-4 sets-8 reps
Seated Row-4 sets-8 reps
Machine Preacher Curls-3 sets-8 reps
Machine Tricept Extension-3 sets-8reps
Machine Military Press-3 sets-10 reps
Machine Ab Crunch-3 sets- 15 reps 

Elliptical
10 minutes high intensity.
Heart Rate at 170 bpm

Workout summary: Lifted upper body and did some agility

Cable Preacher Curls-3 sets-70lbs x 8 reps
Bench Dips-3 sets, 15reps

Wednesday -- March 5th, 2008

Mood at the beginning of the workout: Unmotivated
Mood at the end of the workout: Unmotivated

Workout summary: Worked out at the hotel in San Diego.  It is tough to get a workout when there isn't much equipment. 

Workout details:

Machine Bench Press, Pull downs, Curls and Extensions. 

Ran on the treadmill for 15 minutes. (5 Minutes at 5mph, 10 minutes at 10mph)
