Thursday -- March 27th, 2008

Mood at the beginning of the workout: Hungry
Mood at the end of the workout: Disapointed

Workout summary: Ran outside

Workout details:

I went outside to get a good jog and about 5 minutes into it, I was freezing!  The wind was blowing 30 mph and the temperature was down to 42 degrees.  Needless to say, I turned around and got back inside.

Chalk this up to the useless workouts.

Given that I haven't worked out since last Friday, I think I am slipping.  Tomorrow will be the start of something good!
