Have two kids, four grandkids, well the fourth on the way this month...lol. Divorced, but in a relationship. Love to workout, love the outdoors, sun and seeing my grandkids. Then let them go home...lol.
Have worked out since I was in High School. Love to go to the gym every morning. And now that we have a 24hr gym, evening after work at night.

Effective Warmup
A light weight you can do forty or fifty reps with. Get the blood flowing through them veins. If you haven't ever done that many, try it, you will be surpried at what muscle you do have. The more blood the bigger the muscle
Effective Cooldown
A good protein drink and resting for about five min., refuel your body and feel the protein hitting your muscles and head on out the door.
