I love hanging out with my husband and our friends. I enjoy baking, cooking, drinking wine, and laughing. I try to keep things simple, and I love the little things in life. They are the most important.

I grew up playing volleyball and basketball. Volleyball carried me through the first two years of college. I enjoy watching college sports, especially basketball and football. Now, instead of playing sports, I continue to exercise at home and the gym as much as possible. It's a part of my life I haven't never really gone without.

I really just want to maintain, or shall I say, tone my flabby thighs and abs! I am pretty happy with my weight and my size, but I am tired of those problem areas.
Eating Goal
Try staying away from wheat products and alcohol, even though I love drinking wine! My goal is to stick to my diet 75% of the time. Right now, it's like 50-60%.
Proud Achievements
Losing 15 pounds in the last year and a half, and only gaining back two of them!

Completing a triathlon and duathlon.

Anytime I hike in the mountains with my husband is an achievement in itself!

Black bean burrito, topped with avacado slices and some salsa, and maybe a little low fat sour cream.
