Proud Achievements
I had a good start. I dropped from 306# down to a minimum of 238#, over a year and a half. Stayed at 238# for about a month, gained a little and have been plateaued at 250# for about a year. I brought my cholesterol from 254 to under 200; my fating glucose is normal; my uric acid is also normal. (I have teh gout and am taking meds for my uric acid.) My pulse at the doctor's office is a little over 50bpm, and my blood pressure is normal. This has been good for me.

Keep going. I'm working on my cholesterol also. I've got a family history and have to really work at it. I got lazy over the last year and it's back up to 225.
