I was running strong, but about 5.25 miles into it my right calf pulled up lame again. It was exactly like the injury I had in mid-July. It's very frustrating. That one took a few days to heal, and then I was fine with no problems since then, until last night. Now I'm hobbling around again.

I look forward to the conversation.  Good luck on Mt. Rainier!

Hey Joey. I got your voicemail the other day. I've asked my Fitness Director to join Gymchatter and then follow up with you. I am in the middle of launching a new on-line reservation and purchasing program for the clubs, plus I'm going to Mt Rainier in 11 days so I don't want to get involved in any new projects until I get back and get caught up. Hopefully she will contact you soon. Be well.

Those are some amazing pictures you have. What health club are you a director for?

I do a lot of hiking, backpacking, and climbing in the White Mountains but have lost all my partners over the years. If you're ever up for something let me know.

Checked out your website...It is awesome! I have not climbed in awhile, but keep in touch.

Thanks for the encouragement!  Have fun on Rainier.  My wife and I hiked around near Paradise the summer before last.  It was a good feeling walking up hill and not slowing down due to quick exhaustion.  (I had to go slow because she's 10 inches shorter than me.)

Those are some neet pictures on your site.  In Kansas we don't have many mountains.  We're lucky if we see a hill!
