I'm currently a tutor at the WSU Writing Center, and I recently enlisted in the United States Air Force. I'm leaving for Basic Training on September 23rd, so I'm really trying to work on my fitness beforehand!

Get fit for Basic Training, mostly; so, I'd like to improve my lung capacity and gain overall strength. I definitely want to do more push ups in fewer time and improve my sit ups as well.

Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwiches!!! (Seriously)
I love making my own trail mix with almonds, dried fruit and cereal.
Some great pick-me-up snacks I like are:
Yoplait & Cheerios
String cheese & raisins
Almonds and dried fruit

Jogging, walking, biking.
If I had more time, I would really like to pick up Yoga, too!
