I know when I am in the "zone", I eat a lot of chicken for protein. They have some good "Mrs. Dash seasonings" that you can add to it for low msg flavoring. Good tip, KYred54!

Jump on the protein with meals and in between. And keep yoour reps, 6-8 increasing you weight on each set, even if it is only five pounds. Every other week, take one body part and do a hundred reps with it. It will have to be light to moderate weight, ten sets of ten. You won't believe how the muscle will grow. I have done it, wow it works.
