Well summer is almost over and that only means one thing to me...time to live in the gym and bulk up!!! I have to be honest with ya, I love summer and the warm weather but I can't wait till fall and winter to get here.
I was thinking this past week of some goals I wanted to accomplish over the winter months. 1st, I want to max out at 300lbs on bench and 2nd get up to 210lbs in body weight which would be the heaviest I have ever been. Then around March of 2009 start dieting down to get ready for summer but if I do that I would be losing strength and alittle size which I don't want to do. So I desided to not diet in March but instead keep lifting and putting weight on.
So on Sept.1, 2008 I weigh in and start the process of bulking up. On Feb.1, 2009 I am maxing out on bench and weighing myself; goals: 300lbs bench, 205lbs body weight. On Sept.1, 2009 weigh in at 225lbs and max out. On Feb.1, 2010 weigh in at 235lbs. and max out. That means by Feb1, 2010 hopfully I will have put on between 40-50lbs. I realize that its not all gonna be muscle but if I can put on about 20lbs. of muscle I will be at a solid 200-205lbs. once I diet down in March of 2010.
I know its gonna be a process and a challenge but thats why I'm doin it. I want to push my body to the max and see how big I can get. The supplements I will be taking are the BSN line; True Mass, N.O.-Xplode, Cell Mass and Nitrix. I WILL NOT BE TAKING STEROIDS!!!!!!
Parts of the body I'm really gonna be focused on will be the back, sholder, legs, upper chest, and traps. I'll be keeping you up dated though out with process with posts and pics.
