Ok, i am doing this to start a new tradition. I will make time to do this!!!
Seth (Fit Physique) is about to change my workout again, so I will do better at this.
Right now I do cardio on mon/wed and weights on tues/thurs at 530am. He has me doing lots of dif. push ups that is for sure! I still cannot get used to those things (especially holding the med. ball) Anyway, We also have quite the shoulder workout (it sucks) but I like those better than the push ups anyday! Right now it is back and bi's and chest and tri's, dif days, and of course abs! I am sure this new workout will be as hard or even harder, so I promise to work hard no matter what! I will start this new journal when my new workout starts, to let u know how i feel then! So for now tooodle doo!
