I can finally get back into the gym and it felt great! Having that one hour a day to lift and do cardio really helps my sanity level!
I want to focus on tightening up the abs and losing weight around my mid-section, back, and hips area! Most of that needs to come from eating better which I will be working on at home. As for the gym, I have plans to do more core exercises and light weight/high rep to build muscle. For my cardio, I plan to cycle again, take boot camp class, and start running again. My goal is to start training for another race maybe a 5K or 10K.
I am looking forward to changing my body shape and eating healthier. Very pumped and motivated!
