Indoor Rock Climbing

Yesterday, I went indoor rock climbing for the first time.  I went with a couple coworkers who have been doing this awhile.  We climbed at the Vertical World in Redmond.  My first climb sucked, but it was a tough wall, only made it up about six feet.  The other three runs I made it to the top.  The last run I actually made the effort to only use the correct rocks.  I'm totally signing up for the class and doing this again.

It's nice to have a real application for all this fitness, than just using it on weights, even though it is just a hobby.  I found that if your arms get too tired on a climb to be able to untie your figure-8, you are using your arms too much.
