New workout

Just finishing up with a mass gaining workout... So its time to change it up. Just wrote up a "teen" based workout and gonna start it on monday. Lookin forward to the change, gettin bored. Thats bout it.

Good, glad to hear you had a great workout!  I am waiting to get back up to the gym!!  It is driving me crazy!  Keep it up!  Go shockers!!

Okay, I got it!  Thanks!  So you are saying that an old person, like me, probably wouldn't use it??!!  Just kidding!  I love to use workouts from my Fitness magazine.  It really helps mix things up so I don't get bored!  Good luck today with your workout!  And don't forget, work hard!!

lol yea i have a monthly subscription to Muscle and Fitness. It was an article w/ workout for based for teens. so yea lol

What is a "teen" based workout?  I am also looking forward to gettting back to the gym and mixing up my workout.  I can't wait to actually be able to push myself.  Good luck on your new workout!
