I had a vigirous workout last night with my trainer. He kicked my butt. Who knew that you could do push ups on the bosu ball?! My shoulders are a bit sore, but the rest of me just feels great! We'll see how I'm doing tomorrow though.
What's your favorite workout? I used to really like the classes...mainly boot camp or dance classes, but now I'm thinking that a really hard weight lifting routine that kicks my butt at the time, but doesn't leave me unable to move the next morning is my favorite. I can't believe that I'm actually starting to like working out!
Of course looking better in clothes and being able to carry my daughter around without getting winded are also great benefits!
