Today (April 9th) Seth put me on a killer workout, i am so pumped!! I hope I can get through next week!! I am sure, it will be tough, but I will always push myself to the max, so I have confidence I can do this for 6-8 weeks, with much improvement.
Ran 70 laps at the gym, I know, can't believe it either! (that is 5 miles) Did it once last week, once this week, maybe tomorrow (friday the 11th) too!
