New Workout

Today  (April 9th) Seth put me on a killer workout, i am so pumped!! I hope I can get through next week!! I am sure, it will be tough, but I will always push myself to the max, so I have confidence I can do this for 6-8 weeks, with much improvement.
Ran 70 laps at the gym, I know, can't believe it either! (that is 5 miles) Did it once last week, once this week, maybe tomorrow (friday the 11th) too!

Alright Seth!  Somebody needs to motivate that Treva girl!  ha!  Good job on your running, Treva!  I always knew you would get hooked on it...it is addictive!!  Keep working hard!

Awesome! Good for you! Isn't it crazy that we get pumped about intense workouts! I have to say, after working out with Pete for 4 mos now...there is no way I'm ever going back to no personal trainer. It totally changes how intensely I work out!
