For example, bench press and lat pulldown, at a snail's pace of 4020.July goals (force ranked):1. Gain muscle2. Minimize fat gain ResultsWeight 184 -- 196 lbs (net +12)
Fat mass: 35 -- 29.5 lbs (net -5.5)
LBM: 149 -- 166.5 lbs (net +17.5)
Bodyfat: 19% -- 15% (net -4%)
