I got started lifting weights as a junior in high school and have never stopped. Twenty-five years later I'm still lifting. Staying in shape is a huge part of my life and always will be. Whenever I need some motivation, I just watch a video of the greatest bodybuilder of all time: Mr O Ronnie Coleman. Light weight, baby!

I lift weights 4 times a week and play basketball, volleyball and softball when I have time.
