Mood at the beginning of the workout: Tired & Hungry
Mood at the end of the workout: My knees were killing me. Calves are too damn tight...
Workout summary:Â Stationary Bike and .... Blimpies?
Workout details:
Rode the bike for 25 minutes on level 10. Only 214 calories burned. The Blimpie sub I had instead of lifting weights was probably 700 calories. Ouch!
However, I did get to use the bike with the dedicated TV - AWESOME!! The last 10 minutes was easy while watching Leave It To Beaver. :)
Next week I will get the elliptical with it's own TV and do some REAL fat-burning!!Â
