Great workout today. I have increased the intensity doing a lot of supersets. Everything is 20 reps.
Stretches - Chest, Back, Shoulders, Bicepts, Tricepts, Hamstrings, Quads, Calves.
Chest and Back - 3 sets each, no rest, 20 reps Leg Press and Calves - 3 sets, no rest, 20 reps Bicepts and Tricepts - 3 sets, no rest, 20 reps Quad Extensions and Hamstring Curls - 3 sets, no rest, 20 reps Sholders and Incline Bench Press - 3 sets, no rest, 20 reps Back extensions and Situps - 3 sets, no rest, 20 reps
Then I ran 1 mile in 8 minutes.
Stretches - Same as above.
This was a good workout. It can be as tough as you push yourself.

Favorite Recipe
Microwaving Egg Whites for Breakfast
Put 4 egg whites in a bowl.
Put in microwave for 1 minute.
Stir.
Microwave for 1 more minute.
Pepper.
Enjoy.
A quick way to get a great source of protein.
Favorite Exercise
I don't usually have one favorite excercise. I usually try to hit all of the major muscle groups. Bench press for the chest. Some kind of seated row for the back. Military press for the shoulders. Preacher Curls for the biceps and bench dips for the triceps. Throw in some abs and I am done in 30 minutes.

Effective Warmup
Quick stretches of the major muscle groups. I usually get done in under 10 minutes, but it is more about blood flow.
Effective Cooldown
Again, I just stretch. It has become a habit that minimizes my injuries.
