Fitness Goal
Since I just had my third baby, my goal is to work back into a good cardio routine. I worked out lifting weights and doing cardio my entire pregnancies, but now it is more about intensity. Now I can really push myself especially with cardio, so that is my fitness goal.
Eating Goal
To make healthy eating choices like eating foods less in sugars, bad fats, and foods that do not have much nutritional value. To eat more protein and good carbs that work better with my body.
Proud Achievements
Running a half marathon in September! Having three beautiful children in 3 1/2 years!!! Yes, I am crazy!

Favorite Recipe
I eat tuna in moderation and one of my easy, favorite recipes is as follows:
Mix tuna with fat-free Ranch dressing and sprinkle Mrs.Dash table blend seasoning on it. Then take a whole wheat tortilla and lay a line of cut cucumbers on the tortilla. Spoon the tuna mixture evenly across the cucumbers and top with freshly diced tomatoes. Wrap up like a burrito and enjoy! It is easy and tasty!
Favorite Exercise
I really like the cycle classes offered at my gym. I always get a great cardio from it and the girls in there are lots of fun!
Motivational Quote
Perseverance is failing 9 times and succeeding the 10th. ~J. Andrews
Effective Warmup
I sometimes walk the treadmill at an incline for about 5 minutes just to get going. Sometimes I run the stairs to get going and then I always stretch before I workout.
Effective Cooldown
I always go through a series of stretches that I have been taught over the years through athletics.

Hey there heather, looks like you are getting your groove back for sure. I just remembered one other way I did eat tuna. You won't believe this, or maybe you have tried it. I put in in oatmeal. Yes, the tuna out of the pouch, mix it in with the oatmeal and add some splenda if you need it. You will be surprised, but they both go good together. Try it and see if it is something you could handle.

Talk to you later.............larry
