About Me
I've had a love for fitness for as long as I can remember. Personal training is the only "job" I have ever had that never feels like work. No matter the amount of money I spend on continuing education and equipment or the crazy amount of time I spend trying to learn more and be better, it just never feels like I am having to work. It's just one of the many things that I love about training. I got my first cert through NESTA a couple of years ago and couldn't be happier with them. I've recently aquired another cert through WITS and am planning to go to Coopers in the fall for a third.
