Just been hanging out with the family. My grandma isn't doing the best and she could go any day now....we are just hanging out at her house all the time....and tonight it's my turn to cook! oh geez, this isn't going to be good. I actually made sloppy joes and a dessert! pretty impressive for me! haha

Its feeling better still sore and stiff. Bruised up like hell. I've torn stuff before and I know what the doctor will say so I just said the hell with it. Ill just give it time

Yep I was deadlifting on monday and tore it. You can see where the insertion is suppose to be and now its gone. Haven't gone to the doctor since it wasn't a complete tear there is nothing they will do. I'll give it a week and see how it feels. I couldn't move it for a couple days, but now I'm starting to get some range of motion so thats a good sign.
